There are four major job items in this project: pre-procedure of evaluation of environmental education institutions and centers; analysis of the annual achievement reports from the environmental education institutions and centers; to hold two forums for environmental education centers about evaluation system; and to hold counseling meetings. (1) Pre-procedure of evaluation: The project has accomplished the following tasks, including the evaluation guidelines; evaluation items, evaluative indicators, and forms; counseling meetings; implement plans; handbooks; self-evaluation systems and forms. (2) Analysis of annual achievement reports: The project completes the analysis of 19 copies of the reports from the environmental education centers. (3) Forums: There were two forums about evaluation system conducted for the environmental education centers, and the number of attendant experts were 12. (4) There were five counseling meetings conducted for the environmental education institutions and centers, and the number of attendant experts were 35.
